This super deep-drawing grade is suitable for extreme forming requirements.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-d05c7066\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">DIN EN 10130<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The DIN EN 10130 standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for cold-rolled flat products made of unalloyed quality steels that are primarily intended for the cold forming process.<br\/><br\/><strong>Technical delivery conditions<\/strong><br\/>DIN EN 10130 comprehensively describes the technical delivery conditions for cold-rolled flat products. These include the chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface quality of the products. Compliance with these conditions ensures that the products meet the desired requirements and specifications.  <br\/><br\/><strong>Chemical composition<\/strong><br\/>The chemical composition is a decisive factor for the properties of the steel. According to DIN EN 10130, the carbon content for quality steels such as DC01 must not exceed 0.12%. In addition, the manganese and phosphorus contents are strictly regulated. This precise composition ensures high cold formability and optimum surface quality.   <br\/><br\/><strong>Mechanical properties<\/strong><br\/>The mechanical properties of products manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 10130 are optimized for the cold forming process. DC01, for example, has a minimum tensile strength of 270-410 MPa and a minimum elongation of 28%. These properties allow the material to be processed effectively without breaking or cracking.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ec7f3a94\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>Surface types<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The surface quality of cold-rolled flat products is another important aspect of DIN EN 10130. The standard defines various surface finishes, such as smooth or matt, to meet the specific requirements of the end applications. A high surface quality is crucial for subsequent coating processes or decorative applications.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Surface type A<\/strong><br\/>Defects such as pores, small grooves, small warts, slight scratches and slight discoloration that do not impair the suitability for forming and the adhesion of surface coatings are permissible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Surface type B<\/strong><br\/>The better side must be free of defects to the extent that the uniform appearance of a quality coating or an electrolytically applied coating is not impaired. These products offer additional corrosion protection and are widely used in various industrial applications. <br\/><br\/><strong>Technical delivery conditions<\/strong><br\/>DIN EN 10152 specifies the technical delivery conditions for electrolytically galvanized, cold-rolled flat products. In addition to the chemical composition and mechanical properties, these conditions also include the requirements for the zinc coating. <br\/><br\/><strong>Chemical composition and zinc coating<\/strong><br\/>The basic composition of the steel remains largely unchanged, but an electrolytic zinc coating is applied to increase corrosion protection. The thickness and uniformity of the zinc coating are precisely defined by the standard in order to ensure optimum protection. <br\/><br\/><strong>Mechanical properties<\/strong><br\/>The mechanical properties of the galvanized steel largely correspond to those of the base material in accordance with DIN EN 10130. The cold formability and strength are retained despite the additional coating, which expands the application possibilities. <br\/><br\/><strong>Corrosion resistance and surface quality<\/strong><br\/>A key advantage of products manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 10152 is their improved corrosion resistance. Electrolytic galvanizing effectively protects the steel against rust and extends the service life of the end product. The surface quality can also vary here and is offered in different finishes to meet specific requirements.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-879d7163\"><h4
